The Partnership Executive, which is the decision making body, meets quarterly.

Delivery Board
This is the operational arm of the Partnership with representatives from the economic development teams of the District Councils, LSC and University. It meets bi monthly and the dates for 2009 are:

Annual Forum
The forum was held on 13 November 2007 at the new University Centre at Burton College. It provided an opportunity for the Executive to report on its activities to a wide group of stakeholders across Southern Staffordshire and the theme this year was the contribution that Southern Staffordshire makes to the regional economy.
